МІЖНАРОДНІ САНКЦІЇ АФРИКАНСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ ЯК ЧИННИК ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ БЕЗПЕКИ НА КОНТИНЕНТІ

Анотація

Проведено структурно-функціональний аналіз політики санкцій Африканського Союзу як фактору забезпечення безпеки на континенті. Доведено, що політика санкцій організації спирається на низку документів, серед яких важливе місце посідають «Конституційний Акт Африканського Союзу», «Ломейська декларація», «Африканська хартія з питань демократії, виборів й управління». На підставі проведення case-studies реалізації політики санкцій Африканського Союзу з’ясовано причини її низького потенціалу для підтримки стабільності у регіоні, серед яких варто вказати конфліктність міждержавних відносин у регіоні, неефективність системи державного управління цільових країн.
