«МІГРАЦІЯ ТА РОЗВИТОК» У МІЖНАРОДНОМУ ДИСКУРСІ: ЕВОЛЮЦІЯ ПОГЛЯДІВ

У статті наведено коливання в оцінках взаємозв’язку міграції і розвитку, які існували в міжнародному міграційному дискурсі. З’ясовано, що оптимізм 50–70-х рр. ґрунтувався на неокласичній теорії міграції та теорії розвитку. Песимістичний погляд 80–90-х рр. сформувався під впливом історичного структуралізму, емпіричних досліджень та досвіду. Нова економічна теорія трудової міграції, стратегія отримання засобів для існування і транснаціональний поворот визначили повернення до оптимістичного пог-ляду на зв’язок «міграція-розвиток» у першу декаду 2000-х років. Останні дослідження вбачають міграцію, як один з факторів розвитку, що може мати позитивні наслідки за сприятливих умов.
